Nutritionalise introduction text

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy stresses the use of whole and organic foods as medicine. It looks at and aims to treat the whole body and the underlying causes of illness rather than just treating a symptom.

A programme typically involves detoxification regimes, changes in diet, supplementary nutrients, and lifestyle changes to help the body to

• cleanse and detoxify
• achieve its natural balance
• reduce symptoms
• prevent disease
• ultimately restore health, energy levels and vitality

Naturopathic Nutrition is safe for all ages from babies to the elderly. Each treatment protocol is individual to the patient and all aspects of a patient’s health are considered. Nutrition is intended as a complimentary
therapy and not necessarily an alternative therapy. I therefore aim to work in synergy with your GP.
